Panama- Brown rum distilled from fermented molasses, then aged 12 years in used whisky and bourbon barrels. Vanilla, toffee and baked fruit in the body lead to a smooth, dry, smoky finish. The elegance of Panama in a bottle.

Caribbean- Born and aged 5 years in the Caribbean and perfected through an additional two step aging process in Jerez, Spain where two types of sherry casks are used. Complex, smooth, notes of dried fruit.

Jamaica- A blend of rums aged in oak and perfect for sipping. The nose holds mature scents of walnuts, nutmeg, orange peel and vanilla, leading into a palate of buttery, creamy brown sugar. Finishes bittersweet.

Dominican Republic – Double distilled and double aged in American oak followed by Spanish sherry casks. Extremely smooth and sweet with light spices and smoke. Aging brings out deep caramel and vanilla tones with faint spice. Finish is long and mellow. Perfect for sipping.

El Dorado Special Reserve 15-Year rum is crafted from 15 to 25 year old rums that are then blended and married together in bourbon oak casks. Prior to blending the original batches are distilled using 4 unique stills – the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills, the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, and the Versailles single wooden pot still.

Guyana- Dark brown rum distilled from sweet molasses. Aged 12 years in used whisky and bourbon barrels for richness and full mouth-feel. Made at the sole rum distillery in Guyana.
